lowering the handlebar can be achieved by loosening the handlebar clamp and moving the handlebar lower to the position you desire. then retighen the handlebar clamp. it is a five minute job. but you should also ensure that the cables from the handlebar are not stretched too much while lowering the handlebar as it could lead to cables snapping. one tip to keep in mind while lowering handle is to turn the handle var to the two extreme positions, both left and right, and then see whether the handle bar touches the tank. if you adjust it too low, this could happen and cause scratches on tank. coming to the seat, one option is to remove some padding off the stock seat or fabricating a thinner seat. please approach a seat maker at your locality for the same.
