Aston Martin has secured funding for its future operations. The company plans to introduce new models by the year 2015-16 which will form the next generation of Aston Martin line-up of sports cars and limousines that will be added to the line-up. Aston Martin is also in talks with Mercedes Benz for the development of the new Maybach. The British sports car maker also plans to re-introduce the Lagonda some time later.

For now, Aston Martin management can breathe as sigh of relief  as their future plans can still come to fruition given the fact that the they have received the backing from their investors. The company was able to raise $487 million from a bond issue. With funding secured Aston Martin is expected to commence the development of the new products planned for 2015. Until now, all Aston’s shared a similar platform now with the new models the company plans to introduce a new platform the development of which could be done at Aston Martin’s in-house R&D.

“This will provide long-term financial stability for the next seven years and support Aston Martin’s continued development,” the firm said.

It is also believed that Aston Martin might rope in the new Mercedes Benz SLS AMG platform for its new cars which comes as part of the new agreement between the two European auto giants. Aston is also keen to develop the Lagonda limousine which could share bits with the new Maybach. The next few years we could see Aston Martin introduce all new models of its core range of sports cars and limousines. Aston will move to the new alloy VH platform which will be re-engineered to comply with new Federal FMVSS pedestrian impact rules which will be enforced from autumn 2012.

    Hello dear lady or gentleman
How many dollars will you pay for an invention?
That is a continuously or smooth changing gearbox.
    Characteristics:
1- It is very light respect to the normal gear boxes.
2- The number of its parts is very low.
3- It can be made in a small work shop.
4- The used technology is simple.
5- It can be made fast
6- It has very low price.
7- It is not necessary clutch except at first of motion.
8- It is sensitive to necessary torque so the number of choices is not just 5(for example for 5 speed gearboxes) but is infinite so the out put revolution (rpm) changes continuously and automatically.
9- It changes in a best state of engine (high torque and low using fuel).
10- The acceleration of the cars that use it will be optimum so the cars are faster.
11- The used fuel in the cars that use it is low.
12- In the gear box there isn’t any belt, pulley or… just it uses gears so the link between the engine and the wheels is strong and complete.
13- It can be adjusted for desired revolution (rpm) of an engine working. So it can work between sport to economy state.
14- It works absolutely in mechanical way but can be upgrade by using electronic technology.
    Sincerely
    Elias ghaziani
