‘BMW Secure Advanced’ now standard on all BMW models

BMW Secure Advanced scheme

BMW India has now made the ‘BMW Secure Advanced’ standard across all its models in the country. BMW owners will now be able to take advantage of this scheme. BMW Secured Advanced is basically a value added service offered exclusively to customers by BMW India Pvt. Ltd. The scheme is aimed at provide additional benefits to BMW owners.

The BMW Secured Advanced scheme is introduced to enhance the overall ownership experience of a BMW automobile and thus ensure complete customer satisfaction. The new scheme is now available across the complete BMW range in India and is an addition service beyond warranty or insurance and provides benefits from tire replacement, rim damage to loss of key and road side assistance.

In case of rim damage, BMW will bear the cost of replacement for a set of four rims only provided the damage is hampering the functionality of the vehicle within 1 year from date of retail sale of vehicle. Tires are also covered under the new scheme provided the vehicle meets the terms and conditions. Repair costs caused by a hydrostatic lock are also covered under the new scheme. Roadside assistance for all BMW owner will be free for 2 years from the date of retail sale o the vehicle.

BMW's unique Secure Advanced

BMW’s roadside assistance service is available 24 x 7 x 365 days all across India. Free travel arrangement will also be made in case the vehicle is completely immobilized. In this case, a tow truck will also be arranged free of cost. BMW will also provide 10 litres of fuel in case the vehicle has run out of fuel. BMW will also provide for hotel accommodation if needed. In case, the owner loses the keys, spare keys will be provided. Without the new scheme in an event of loss of keys, the BMW owner would have had to pay upto Rs 25,000 for the replacement key which could now be avoided.

That said, the ‘BMW Secure Advanced’ scheme is surely a win-win for the BMW owner and it also brings to light the confidence of automaker in its products. At present, BMW is the leader when it comes to luxury cars in India and with attractive schemes like these which indirectly guarantee the buyer total ownership satisfaction, we hope to see an upward trend in sales.
