Hyundai to hike car prices from February, 2010.
Hyundai India has increased car prices of up to INR 9000. This price hike comes on the back of the rising raw material costs, steel in particular.

All car models in Hyundai’s range will be affected by this price hike. This price hike from Hyundai follows other manufacturers like Maruti and Mahindra which hiked their cars’ prices a few days ago.
The price hike will come into effect from February 1st, 2010.

It seems a shame that the price has to rise now. It might affect the sales of the cars which were in great demand till now. But if all the manufacturers hike the prices, then it will hardly make any difference to the demand.
I bough new i20 2009 year and i found RUST on the roof!!!! Safety belts don’t work, sound system died in first month, battery is poor!!!! steering wheel is an moment difficult… interior is not finished! I fix some plastics!!!!
I bough Hyundai i20 from dealer Hyundai Auto Zagreb and they don’t fix anything on first service. I am really disappointed with dealer.
Only fuel consumption is wonderful :)
