Hyundai Verna Transform Launched : Starting Rs 6.56 Lakhs

Hyundai Motors India has launched a face lifted version of its mid-size sedan Verna-Verna Transform. The car was launched at the national capital today. The car comes with two engine options, 1.6 litre petrol and 1.5 litre diesel.

“The Verna Transform is all set to boost Hyundai’s already superior line-up of products in India by raising the benchmark in the sedan segment,” Hyundai Motor India Managing Director and CEO H W park told reporters here.

Hyundai Verna Transform Colours

The car has a first in class, 4 speed automatic transmission coupled to a CRDi VGT diesel engine.

The car has not been a big success in the Indian market and the company has managed to sell only 82,076 units since its launch in September 2006.

    I guess its better to buy a Honda City rather than Verna :)
