Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Blancpain Edition

Lamborghini will launch a hardcore version of the ‘baby Lambo’, the Gallardo at this week’s Paris motor show. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Blancpain Edition is inspired by the competition Gallardo that competes in the one-make Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo race series.

It is the lightest car in the Lamborghini range weighing in at just 1340kg. 0-62mph is dealt within 3.4 sec, thanks to the 562bhp V10 from the Superleggera. Top speed is 199mph.

The Gallardo Blancpain Edition gets a race derived fixed wing and a revised engine cover for optimized cooling. The car is finished in matt black paint with parts like the diffuser and mirror casings finished in carbonfibre.

The interior is finished in black Alcantara with yellow accents and carbonfibre trim. The Blancpain logo is also added to the exterior and is stitched in yellow into the cockpit.
