Mahindra First Choice Pre Owned Cars MyTVS 24x7 Roadside Assistance

Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd., the leading seller of the pre-owned cars in India has launched a 24×7 customer assistance programme in collaboration with MyTVS.

The latter is a division of the division of TVS and sons which provides roadside assistance and service to cars with a widespread network in addition to a 24×7 call centre.

MyTVS covers twenty states in India and provides round the clock roadside assistance to their customers. It also has 2500 authorized service centers in over 1400 cities and town across the country ensuring the best service for all the needs of their customers. The cars that are certified by Mahindra first choice having a warranty period of one year or 15,000 kms(whichever is earlier) come under this service programme.

Customers who purchase a pre-owned car from M&M First choice are provided with a commitment card that provides both warranty and roadside assistance to ensure a peaceful and happy travelling experience for its customers. All that the customers have to do is just dial the customer care number explaining their problems and the service team arrives to serve them.

In addition to repairs and service, the customer care assistance is also provides services that include cab arrangement, emergency towing assistance, electrical or mechanical failures, wheel changing and fuel arrangement in case of emergency. Customers are served even in places like ghat roads and the average service time ranges from 45 mins (within the city limits) to 90 mins( outside the city limits).
