Seen here on this page are spy images of the soon to launch 2017 Mahindra KUV100 facelift. A test mule of this upcoming Mahindra car was recently caught testing in Pune and reveals some new details of the updated car. The Mahindra KUV100 facelift will launch in coming months and is likely to have an attractive starting price of Rs 4.5 lakh. The KUV100 hasn’t been doing very well on the sales charts and now the facelift will help the car deal with the heat from Maruti Ignis and Hyundai Grand i10 among others. Official launch date is yet to be announced but here’s all that we know about the new Mahindra KUV100 facelift launch date, price, and specs.
Mahindra KUV100 Facelift Launch Date
2017 Mahindra KUV100
October 2017 (expected)
Mahindra hasn’t yet announced the official launch date for the KUV100 facelift. However, it looks like the manufacturer will be soon ready for the launch of the facelift of its slow selling micro SUV. Our estimate is that the Mahindra KUV100 facelift will launch during this year’s festive seasons, probably in October 2017.
Mahindra KUV100 Facelift Price in India
Rs. 4.5 lakh
Rs. 7.5 lakh
The KUV100 facelift could launch at a starting price of just Rs 4.5 lakh. An attractive price tag, along with several changes, will help this micro SUV fare better on the monthly sales charts. The top-model, however, could get a bit expensive. We say this as the KUV100 is expected to come with AMT for top models of both petrol and diesel engine variants. The introduction of AMT will surely increase the prices by a fair margin.
Except for perhaps the introduction of AMT, we don’t think there will be any change in the specs of the KUV100.
Mahindra KUV100 Facelift Mileage
Even the mileage will remain the same as there will not be a change in the specs. Also, AMTs are at least as fuel efficient as their manual counterparts. Hence, we are not expecting the mileage to change.
