Spy Picture: New Alto K- Series

Maruti Suzuki’s much awaited Alto with a K-series engine is all set to be launched, which is now confirmed from this spy pic taken by the people at carwale.com. Looking at the picture one can notice that the car is completely uncovered and has a temporary registration number sticker, which means the car has completed its testing and is ready for the launch shortly.

The car now comes with a completely new and curvy tail lamp cluster. A new number plate slot in the tail gate and a new rear bumper design which gives it a more grown up look. The front of the car is also given a more stylish and curvy look to complement its rear design.

As predicted by our site earlier, new Alto will be powered by the 1.oL K series engine which currently does duty in the new Wagon R. The car is expected to gain a huge performance benefit with a expected mileage of 20+ Kmpl.
