Trident Automobiles Bengaluru: 1st Mahindra-Navistar exclusive dealership in Bangalore

Mahindra is making lot of news every now & then for one reason or the other, this time Mahindra-Navistar is on flash. Moving ahead with its ambitious plan of entering into India`s HCV market, Mahindra-Navistar inaugurated the state-of-art exclusive dealership in Bengaluru. With this inaugration, M/S Trident Automobiles became the first dealership of the planned 100 dealerships across the country in the coming two years. In addition to selling and servicing the existing range of LCVs and buses, the dealership will also provide the demonstrations of new range of HCVs.

MNAL unveiled their entire offerings of HCVs in Auto Expo 2010 announcing that the first one to roll out of production will be MN25. This new 25 tonne truck would cost 15.40 lakhs in Bengaluru. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rakesh Kalra Managing Director, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd., said

Highly trained staff, well-equipped workshop, prompt spare parts availability, mobile service vans, have all been readied to ensure that our customers get a trouble free and delightful experience when purchasing and driving our trucks. The idea is to walk the talk and truly make our customers outperform and prosper in their businesses and life

With the objective of providing ‘anywhere, anytime’, on-road assistance to customers, company also launched the mobile service workshop, the first ever in Indian trucking industry.  With multi-lingual, 24×7 call centre branded as ‘NOW’, run by trained service experts, Mahindra is set to show a new face of customer service in Indian trucking industry.

Mahindra is marching ahead to create the benchmark in the trucking industry by starting to roll out the process of creating the exclusive network of dealerships on a massive scale – a unique step for the trucking industry in India. Mahindra will also deploy its existing network of dealers after sales report. Over 100 dealerships will be commissioned in the coming two years, and the existing network of dealers including M&M auto and tractors will be used for customer service, and spares supply.

Speaking on this  Mr. Nalin Mehta, Chief Operating Officer, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd., said
