Maruti to fix oil leakage in 6,000 Altos
Maruti Suzuki has announced fixing of the 6,000 Altos that are reported to have an oil leakage causing engine starting problem. The cars affected by the problem are the ones produced during the month of April. The company has given orders to its sales network centres and service workshops to check and repair the affected Altos and denied it of being a recall. Read more

Hours ago, the CEO Marketing at Maruti Suzuki Limited, Mayan Pareek told the folks at CNBC TV18 that Maruti Suzuki will go ahead and launch yet another small car in the extremely crowded small car segment. The car which will be launched will feature the 67 Bhp, 1 liter K-Series engine, which is currently doing duty in the Maruti Suzuki A-Star. The new car, which has been unnamed for obvious reasons will debut in July-August 2010 and will carry a price tag of INR 2.75 to INR 3.25 Lakh. Read more
