MapMyIndia Trailblazer: Motorcycle GPS from MapMyIndia
MapMyIndia TrailBlazer Motorcycle GPS
Leisure motorcycling is getting bigger by the day in India and here’s a nifty device that’ll help you traverse the varied Indian terrain without losing your sense of direction. Yes, we’re talking about the Motorcycle GPS unit from MapMyIndia called the Trailblazer.
The MapMyIndia Trailblazer GPS comes with maps of 620 cities and it also has a FM transmitter that broadcasts voice directions to FM transmitters within a particular range.
The Trailblazer is waterproof and comes with a 3.5-inch touch screen, two GB memory, music and video playback and also an FM receiver for helmets to listen to voice guidance. We still aren’t too convinced with the MapMyIndia Trailblazer Motorcycle GPS working well with gloved hands as we’ve been hearing reports of the touchscreen interface being difficult to use with gloved hands.
The Trailblazer is priced at Rs 18,990 which obviously is pricey for a GPS unit.
Meanwhile, watch this video of the MapMyIndia Trailblazer GPS unit.

Now that’s the way to go ! After cars and phones, now its the bikers who get access to some good GPS navigation, a must thing for every biking trip !
now just make a 32GB version with SDHC expansion slot. so that the biker photographer can back up photos on the move onto a device that has a decent viewing area.. cooll feaure.. and the need to lug around a laptop.
