2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan Bookings now open “Unofficially”![EDIT]

Some Ford India dealers have begun accepting bookings of the 2011 Ford Fiesta, which was unveiled just yesterday. However this move is an unofficial one, done at the dealer’s end and does not carry the sanction of Ford India. The car which will come with both petrol and diesel engine options can be booked with a initial token booking amount of INR 50,000 which is refundable. 

Ford India will launch the car in India officially sometime in June, soon after which customer deliveries will begin. Right now, the folks who have been already booking the cars have been doing so to avoid the rush and the waiting period which usually occurs once the car is launched officially.

While Ford India has not yet released prices of the 2011 Fiesta Sedan nor have they released the different trim levels that the 2011 Fiesta variants will sport, we have been assured that the pricing would be very competitive and all the variants of the Fiesta would priced at a level lesser than the All New Honda City.

This means that you, the car buyer will get a lot more features than the Honda City for a lesser price on the 2011 Ford Fiesta, which seems like a good bet.
