While Hyundai India dealers across the country have been accepting 2011 Hyundai Verna RB bookings for quite some time now, here is the first official confirmation from the car maker itself, with a big Ad in many editions of the Times of India newspaper.

Hyundai has advertised about it’s 2011 Hyundai Verna RB stating that the car will “arrive soon” and that, prospective Verna RB buyers may head to the dealerships or sms “Hyundai Fluidic” to 53436 for booking the Verna RB.

It seems that Ford India unveiling the 2011 Fiesta Sedan has got Hyundai into working quickly to launch the 2011 Verna RB as a further delay could only make prospective customers jump ship to other car brands. Meanwhile, the 2011 Hyundai Verna RB will come with four engine options and is expected to be available at a wide price range beginning at about INR 7.5 Lakhs for the 1.4 liter base petrol model.

Also, Hyundai India has quietly unveiled a teaser website for the 2011 Verna RB which while not displaying much information now will probably be updated very soon. Now that Hyundai India is painting the town red by inviting bookings for the 2011 Hyundai Verna RB, it only seems likely that an official launch of the Verna is just around the corner. Early May is the timeline that is doing the rounds currently with Hyundai’s customer support confirming the same. Watch this space.
