New 2-seater Gran Turismo MC Stradale for Paris Motor Show

Maserati’s hardcore version of its GranTurismo S coupe which the Italians like to refer to as the MC Stradale will be one of the highlights at this year’s 2010 Paris motor show. This will be the fastest, lightest and most powerful Maserati from the stables of the Ferrari owned Italian sports car maker.

The MC Stradale is based on the GranTurismo S with a 4.7lt V8 thumping under the hood. Top speed attained from the 444bhp motor is 300kmph/186mph all thanks to six-speed robotised manual gearbox.
As far as speculations go, the MC Stradale will do the dash from 0-62mph in about 4.5sec. The car can easily differentiated from the GranTurismo S by a few muscular styling upgrades. The grille is now more pronounced and gets a splitter. Side vents flow into the skirts which give the car a lower stance. An F430 Scuderia style rear diffuser has been employed with similar exhausts.
