The 2012 Camaro Convertible looks as menacing as it coupe cousin. The design looks well executed with all the original cuts and slashes which have been carried on from the coupe. The three-ply canvas roof incorporates a single-point latch system adopted from the Corvette.

To make a convertible out of a coupe, manufacturers have to add strengthening beams to make the structure as rigid as possible and with minimum flex. In case of the Camaro, the original structure of the car was made in order to accommodate a convertible in the future.
