Aston Martin arrives into India on the April 15th!

Come 15th April, 2011, we will have yet another scorcher of a sportscar range arriving into Gandhiland. The British Bulldog car brand or Aston Martin will set shop first in Mumbai, after which a Delhi dealership will be opened. The Infinity group of Mumbai, which runs the BMW dealership at Mumbai and Nagpur will be the Mumbai dealer for Aston Martin while Deutsche Motoren will be the Delhi dealer.

While Aston Martin has remained close lipped about which car models it will launch in India, we’re anticipating all of it’s models: Vantage V8, DB9, Virage, DBS and Rapide barring the Cygnet to be offered to Indian customers. To be priced between 1.3 to 2.9 Crore India rupees, the Aston Martins will compete with the likes of the Ferraris, Porsches and Lamborghinis in India.

Known for bespoke luxury and high performance, Aston Martins have always been very stylish cars that offer supercar like performance in a luxurious everyday use setting. Thus far, Aston Martin has already found 30 buyers in India, hinting at a very strong demand for the British luxury sportscar marquee even before it’s official launch.
