General Motors India has just launched the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze Sedan with all black interiors, ostensibly to celebrate Brand Chevrolet’s hundredth year of existence. As the flagship model, the Cruze gets all black interiors and a few other changes. We like what we see as the already sporty interiors of the Cruze only get better with the all black color scheme. A welcome shift really, from the acres of beige which the Lauras of this world come with.

The 6 CD player gets binned for a single CD unit. An illuminated vanity mirror is now a standard piece of kit on all variants. There is no other change in the features department save for an iPod dock now into the scheme of things. Meanwhile, Chevrolet dealers have begun taking bookings across India and for the new Chevrolet Cruze with the all black interiors, you will have to shell out about INR 16,000 extra.
