Bentley Continental GTC
Bentley might unveil the new Continental GTC at this years Frankfurt auto show. Bentley have almost revealed the car although unofficially when test mules of the new heavyweight coupe were spotted on the Nurburgring with the least of camouflage. The first thing you notice is that the car looks more trim with the cuts and slashes on its body. Now the Bentley Continental GTC might well be a 2 tonne car with an engine the size of a hatchback under the bonnet but, the way it is styled, the car looks more sportier.

In fact, the new Bentley Continental GTC is more like Usain Bolt. The styling is similar to that of the Supersports with the vertical air intakes on each end of the front bumper. Under the bonnet as has been the case with all Bentleys off late, is a 6.0 litre W12 engine. The 12 cylinders put out a total of 567 horsepower and 516 pounds-feet of torque. With all the power and torque in the world going under the hood, this new Continental GTC wont come cheap, especially with a roof that folds away into the boot.

The body shape has been trimmed and now features bolder creases which help the car look less bulbous. The headlights now get new Xenon lamps with LEDs powering the high beam. Bentley is also planning a diet version of the Continental with a smaller power plant and off course a lower price tag. The car is being developed with Audi the other brand from the Volkswagen family. The new Bentley could get a V8 unlike the standard W12 configuration.
