Ford India makes waves with the Ford Figo’s media launch

Ford India didn’t participate in the 2010 Indian Auto Show, but soon after, here it is, making a big splash with the media launch of the Ford Figo hatchback, which has specifically been developed for India and other parts of the developing world.

Ford India has invited Auto Journalists across India for a special ” Media Launch ” of Ford Figo on 20th & 21st January 2010 in Park Hyatt at Goa.

This small car is all set for an Indian launch sometime in Match, 2010.

Our friends at Overdrive managed to get their hands on the Ford Figo’s interiors and here are a few pics. The interiors are smart looking and spacious with the faux aluminum trim adding a fair bit of flair.

The top end Figo gets a stereo as standard piece of kit. Meanwhile, we feel that the Ford Figo will be be priced extremely competitively as Ford has even skimped on power windows for the rear doors.

This obviously is a giveaway hint of competitive pricing. We estimate the Ford Figo to be priced between INR 4.8 to 5 Lakhs.

This article is terrific and up to date. I totally agree with the writer regarding all this stuff of Ford .The information provided in here is very fruitful and i would like to add on one more technology which i found during searching for last two hours on GPS in india
