2010 Geneva Show: Ford Focus Estate Version
The other day, ICB heralded news about the new Ford C-Max people carrier unveiled at the 2010 Geneva Motor show.
Following suit is the estate version of the Ford Focus. With design cues emanating from Ford’s Kinetic design direction, the Focus estate is quite a looker. The 2011 Focus estate is one of 10 bodystyles planned off Ford’s new global C-segment architecture.
From the looks of it, the Focus estate has a roomy boot and a simple lift-up tailgate (which will be available with a powered option).
The mill powering the Focus will be a 2.0-litre turbo direct injection EcoBoost engine that develops 200bhp.
Rumour has it that the engine could be tweaked up to 240bhp for production. If this drives anything like the Ford Focus, we are sure it will be a successtate !
