Hyundai Next Gen New i10 Vs Old i10: Head to Head Comparison
Hyundai Motors India launched the 2011 next generation i10 city car on 24th September, 2010.
Prices for the new i10 start at 3.61 lakh ex-showroom Mumbai. The new car comes loaded with a bunch of new features both inside as well as on the outside.
Exterior styling has been completely revised. The next generation i10 now has a more aggressive stance compared to the outgoing model. The front of the car has been completely redesigned. At the rear end, the old tail lamp cluster has been given a makeover. The rear bumper now houses the reflectors. A minor change to the exterior has been achieved by the body colored side mouldings.
Inside the new i10 gets a dual-tone dash with silver touches to the center console. You also get steering mounted audio controls, bluetooth controls as well as Aux and USB ports and bluetooth for the music system. Exterior mirrors now come heated with integrated turn signals.
The three-pod instrument cluster also houses a LCD display which has a shift indicator, fuel gauge and odometer. Key less entry, ABS, driver and passenger side airbags, reverse parking sensors, and electric sunroof are some of the other features.
Colour options include Crystal White, Sleek Silver, Ice Silver, Champagne Gold, Electric Red, Blushing Red, Carbon Grey and Thunder Black.
