Sub: Unsatisfied Service/ Unsatisfied Performance of Vehicle
Dear Sir/Madam
We bought the above ref. Mercedes Benz Model no. C220CDI a showroom delivery 3-4 years back and also we would like to inform that we are always using the company’s service centre at M/s.Trans Car India Pvt Ltd., Chennai for our regular service of this vehicle. The vehicle is hardly run for 40000-45000Kilometers but the condition of the motor is very bad and unsatisfied, the performance of the vehicle is not at all matching with Mercedes Benz style. It’s having various complications which are unexplainable, only one who drives this motor can understand these various complications.
We complained every time we give the vehicle for servicing but every time we pay big bills on services but we could not get any amount of satisfaction. Now also this vehicle is with your service station of M/S Trans Car India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. And this time also we got a estimated invoice of around 52000/-, We do not have any problem in paying this invoice but at least we should be satisfied with the conditions and performance of the vehicle. We should get the pleasure of driving a world class vehicle like Mercedes Benz style.
As every time even after paying a huge amount on servicing the performance of the vehicle is not satisfied hence we request you to please look into our grievances and try to make things better for us.
