India Bound: Mitsubishi RVR Mini SUV

Mitsubishi is mulling yet another SUV for the Indian market. This time, they are aiming at the mini SUV segment with their mini SUV RVR also known as ASX in the European market. Referred as a Mini Outlander, Mitsubishi RVR is a very potent mini SUV built on Outlander platform.

The RVR compact crossover is expected to use a brand new 147 bhp 1.8-liter MIVEC petrol engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission to achieve a strong fuel economy rating. Slotted below the Outlander, the lightweight vehicle measures roughly 4.3-meters long, but still much shorter than the Honda CR-V and BMW X1.

At the front, car gets the evident EVO X shark nosed grille surrounded with chrome ring which has also been added to the recemtly launched facelifted Outlander.

The Car is expected to be priced at around 15 lakh rupees and will compete directly with the yet to be launched Skoda Yeti.
