The Hyundai Verna is due for a face lift and here is how the new 2011 Verna will look. The engine bay too ill some some action, welcome action that is. A 1.4 litre gamma petrol putting out 106 Bhp and 135 Nm of torque will partner a 1.6 liter petrol with 121 Bhp and 155Nm of torque.

While details about the diesel engine remain sketchy at the moment, knowing Hyundai, expect a stonker of a common rail diesel engine to adorn the new Verna’s engine bay. The 2011 Verna will hit Indian shores later this year and will go head to head with the Fiat Linea and the Honda City.
