The Volkswagen Polo manages 5000 bookings under two months of it’s launch

It looks like a lot of Indian small car buyers don’t mind waiting for three to four months before they can lay their hand on the Volkswagen Polo. Case in point is the 5000 bookings the Volkswagen Polo has managed to garner within two months of it’s February 23rd launch. This, in spite of the waiting period of three to four months that currently greets prospective Polo buyers.

This strong buying demand for a car that hasn’t even been in the market for three months is an indication of the brand value of Volkswagen and the Polo as well. Also, the great Indian hatchback market simply seems to grow larger with every new launch and shows no sign of saturation in spite of a plethora of hatchbacks vying for buyer attention. Meanwhile, here is what the Indian versions of the Volkswagen Polo have to offer the car buyer.

I have purchased Volkswagen Car Polo Trendline on 09.02.2011 from M/S Caculo Automotive Pvt Ltd,Panaji Goa.403001 Ph.0832 2235323
I have told the dealer to put DPX-MP511OU-CarPlayer to my car as per the Official Accessories Catolog
of Volkswagen Cars. The dealer has billed me for DPX-MP511OU-CarPlayer for Rs.19998/-.
However they put me Nippon NDC-MP 9019 BT car player and their Sales Personnel insist me to believe that Nippon and Kenwood is the same and I have to take it as it is come with the car. They are turning down my request to put Kenwwod DPX-MP511OU-CarPlayer to my car.
I now request you whether the Dealer is correct in saying so and the cost of boyh the player is same?
