Toyota Small Car Etios: Preview Pictures & Video Out !!
Toyota has come up with a short Video about its upcoming Small Car Etios on its website for the 10th Auto Expo.
The Car will be having a “World Premiere in India” at Toyota Q World at Hall Number 6 of Pragati Maidan in the 10 Edition of the biggest automobiles exhibition of the largest automobiles market of the world.

Toyota Auto Expo 2010 Preview Website
As announced earlier, Toyota Kirloskar Motor is going to showcase 14 products at the 10th Auto Expo in New Delhi.
The Toyota India will be using a theme by the name ‘Quality Revolution’ at their pavilion in Auto expo 2010. The company has reserved around 2,200 square meters at Hall no. 6 of Pragati Maidan which will be glittering with latest cars & new models along with the ‘world premiere of the compact car’.
The Company has also launched its Preview Website exclusively for the Auto Expo 2010 & its updates.

Honda Small Car with a price tag of Rs 4 Lakh
The much awaited Auto Expo 2010 is round the corner and the Automobile Companies are competing to showcase their latest models to the Indian market.
Every 2 out of 3 cars are small cars in India and companies like Maruti, Honda, Toyota and General Motors are focusing in this field. So, in competition with the Maruti Swift, Hyundai i10 and Fiat Punto, Honda Motors is now introducing a new model, to be launched in 2011 in the Indian Market. We had reported earlier about the Honda Small Car news.
The Small car will be showcased in the upcoming Auto Expo in New Delhi, starting on Jan 5th, 2009. Additionally, Honda will also showcase the CR-Z concept 2009, which was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 2009. Read more

Honda VFR1200F Sports Tourer In India By 2010 / 2011
Honda Motorcycles and Scooters(HMSI) India might bring its ‘sports tourer’ VFR1200F in India by 2010-11.
The Bike could be priced in the range of Rs. 30-50 lakhs though there is no official word out on all these details as no company spokesperson was available to comment on this development.
Honda VFR1200F is a sport touring motorcycle that was earlier announced by Honda company in the year 2009. It was first showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show. Read more
Suzuki Gladius: 650 CC Superbike Launch for India in 2010
The number of super bikes on Indian roads is going to increase in the coming times with the entry of newer models in this “High Class” segment.
The latest entrant to join this bandwagon is the Suzuki Gladius Motorcycle. Suzuki is going to introduce this Supberike in India with a price tag somewhere between Rs 7 – Rs 8 lakh.
Suzuki Gladius is a 645cc, 2-cylinder street bike powered by a solid V-twin engine and has a great sporty look.
Currently a number of superbike manufacturers like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Ducati and Kawasaki are available in the Indian Automobile Arena. The “Premium Bikes” offered by these manufacturers are priced in the range of above Rs.10 Lakh. Read more

The bicycle model called Trek Equinox TTX 9.8 SSL will be priced at a whooping Rs. 2.4 lac in India. This is equivalent to the price of two Tata Nano cars put together !!

Hyundai i10 Electric in 10th Auto Expo India
Korean Car Maker Hyundai today will launch the the Electric Version of its bestselling “Hyundai i10″ during 10 Auto Expo 2010 at Delhi. Hyundai is expecting a driving distance of around 100 miles or 160 kilometers with its new electrifier.
The petrol powered version of the Hyundai i10 was launched in India in the year 2007 and since then the car has been a runaway success in the biggest automobile market of the world.
As per the company statement, “Hyundai i10 Electric is a zero-emission vehicle that reconciles motoring with the environmental aspirations of customers looking for a vehicle with the best possible ecological footprint.” Read more

1 Crore DC Tata Nano Car at Auto Expo 2010 Pragati Maidan
The People’s Car is ready for a Grand makeover by India’s Top Designer Dilip Chabria.
Tata Motors will reveal a “1 Crore” DC Tata Nano in the upcoming Auto Expo 2010 at Delhi and that is exactly equivalent to the cost of 100 Tata Nanos put together.
Specifications of DC Tata Nano:
- Engine of the Car: 1600cc engine (rather than 623cc engine)
- Top Speed of DC Nano: 200 km/hour
- Gear Box Type: 7-speed triptronic gear box.
Gull-wing doors of the car will raise their arms towards the sky just like a Ferrari. In addition to this, this “2-Seater” car will be equipped with biometric door handles which have been kept exclusively for the car owner’s entry. Read more
