The 2011 Bajaj Discover gets a teeny weeny facelift!
Bajaj Auto Limited has managed to put a whopping 4 million Bajaj Discovers on the road and here’s how they celebrate it. The frugal Bajaj Discover 100 has to be the 100cc commuter that has it all. Right from the electric start option to the five speed gearbox. To celebrate 40 lakh Discovers on the streets, Bajaj has launched a Discover 100 with a new sticker job. So, 2011 Discover 100 buyers will get new “premium and innovative multi-colour” decals in two options of gold green and red magenta.
These decals are basically like 3D holograms which change color when viewed from different angles. Apart from this one “path breakingly” new innovation, the Bajaj Discover 100 will remain bog standard to the 2010 version. Is Bajaj trying to emulate a certain Hero Honda whose entire existence depends on it’s sticker and paint department? We have to give Bajaj the benefit of doubt on this one as all Bajaj motorcycles in the past have given the customer that bit extra which the competition often fails to offer.
