Fringe Benefits: Ducati Monster Valentino Rossi-Nicky Hayden Edition!

When Ducati signed motorcycle racing legend Valentino Rossi late last year, along with one of the greatest riders in Motorsport, they also got access to a bunch of fringe benefits, namely the massive Rossi brand and the aura that the motorcycle god brought to a Ducati. So, it seems only fitting that Ducati capitalize on the gains and launch a motorcycle liveried to ride on the Rossi brand. American MotoGP rider Nicky Hayden also gets a piece of the action too.

Tonight at Bologna, Ducati will pull the wraps off the Rossi and Hayden special editions of the Ducati Monster with special GP livery. The Rossi Ducati Monster MotoGP Edition gets yellow and white livery while that of Hayden gets a red and white scheme. We, for one will any day take the latter. Fat chance that these models might find their way to India too as Ducati usually brings down it’s MotoGP liveried motorcycle editions. Be prepared to pay through the nose though.
