Ducati unwraps Multistrada 1200S Pikes Peak Special Edition
Ducati has unveiled a special edition of its Multristrada 1200S bike. The Multistrada 1200 S Pikes Peak Special Edition has been created to commemorate Ducati team rider Greg Tracy’s win at the 2010 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado.
The new special edition bike is painted in the famous Ducati red and white racing livery. Ducati has also thrown in a few carbon fibre parts to make the special edition truely special. Plus, you get details like special pin-striping, red seat stitching. The model is based on the 2012 version of the Multistrada and will be available from June, sporting a price tag of $21,995.

Pikes Peak is a mountain in Colorado, USA which is famous for an annual hill climb event that takes place across different categories of vehicles. It is a 20 km stretch of road, tarmac as well as gravel, which snakes up the mountain. Competitors race up the hill as quickly as possible each year to try and beat the earlier records set by fellow racers.
