Hero Honda Hunk hits the gym and gains solid muscles

After a slight refresh earlier this year, the Hero Honda Hunk has once again visited the gym, worked out and returned with more muscles that’ll rip apart T-shirts. Along with the usual bunch of minor facelift ingredients, the new Hunk sports an analogue-digital combination console and an LED tail lamp. Tubeless tyres and disc-brakes upfront and at the rear have found their space on the specs sheet. The visor has also gone under the knife and now looks more sharp and aggressive.

The 150cc air-cooled engine produces 14.2 bhp @ 8500 rpm and a torque of 12.80 Nm @ 6500. The 0-60kph acceleration figure is achieved in 5 seconds.

Mr. Anil Dua, Sr. Vice-President (Marketing & Sales), Hero Honda Motors Ltd said, “We are excited to introduce a new version of the successful and popular Hunk. The New Hunk is sportier, sturdier and comes with additional features. I am sure, with its dashing appearance and great riding experience, it will be now even more appealing to youngsters.”

The new Hunk will reach dealers around the country pretty soon and will retail for a price of Rs. 59,990/- (ex-showroom Delhi). Now if they could something about the weight of the bike, that’ll be contributing a lot to make the Hunk a better bike to flick around the streets.

Go for HH Hunk if you are looking for Mileage as well as good looks. I have already used pulser 150 digital meter for 2 yrs it is powerful but bike needs maintainance after every 3 months and the engine also makes so much of noise
Unicorn is also a good choise but its looks is very old and boring however both HH hunk and Honda Unicorn carry the same engine few change are there.
Finally as per my experience HH Hunk also having a good resale value as compaired to Honda or TVS & Bajaj , Yamaha,…….

Hi Joe, I’m also interested in buying New Hunk. May I know how much milleage ur getting and Is having only self start without kick start won’t be a problem in colder conditions/battery down times?
