Kawasaki unveils its 2011 WSBK contender
2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R WSBK Championship bike
Kawasaki has unveiled its WSBK contender for the 2011 season. The company showcased its racing bike based on the 2011 Ninja ZX-10R in front of international media at the Nurburgring ahead of the weekend race here.
From 2011, the team will receive more more support from the mother company in Japan. Since 2009, the Kawasaki Superbike Racing Team has evolved continuously in order to be in a position to utilise the new bike’s potential to the maximum next season. From 2011, the team will receive more more support from the mother company in Japan.
Kawasaki has launched this bike now as it will be starting its European testing program soon. The initial bikes will be full factory bikes, built and sent to the team from Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI) in Japan.
If you think, you’ve missed a chance to see the bike in flesh, don’t regret anymore as the bike will be shown at the Intermot show in Cologne, starting on 6 October.
