Hero Honda sell whatever they make, and they even have some trouble making enough to meet the ever increasing demand. While this is true for their motorcycles which are pretty solidly engineered, the same cannot be said of their scooters, or should that read scooter. Hero Honda has been battling the likes of Honda, Suzuki and Mahindra Two Wheelers with it’s lone ungeared scooter, the Hero Honda Pleasure.
Right from the outset, Hero Honda has been harping about why women should go out and buy the Pleasure, and has even gone to the extent of opening up dealerships cheesily called “Just for Her”. While it is a different matter altogether, that more men, than women are buying the Hero Honda Pleasure, we cannot blame Hero Honda for not trying. Trying it really is, now with a brand new tack.
So, Hero Honda rides on the Women’s Day bandwagon to announce a brand new Pleasure, that looks like, well, profanities not allowed here, so I’ll skip commenting on this.

Apart from the garish, for the want of a better word, color job, which while hitting new lows manages to adorn even the muffler, we thankfully have a new elliptical speedometer console, the only “major” change that the Women’s Day Pleasure sports.
Meanwhile, the Hero Honda Pleasure will sell for INR 37,250 Ex-Showroom, Delhi. Now, I’d like to hear what the ladies have to say about the paint job the new Pleasure comes with. Now, that would be something.

The Honda Eterno isn’t being produced anymore. Right now, the only geared four stroke scooter is made by LML. Two four stroke models are available in Delhi and Ghaziabad for about INR 40,000.
